Cover that stands guard over the place you live

Roof, walls, wiring and everything stacked inside them. I hand you the limits, show what a repair bill really looks like, and start the cover on a date you choose.

Cover Types

Coverage Options

Each part carries a limit you set and I explain before it goes live.

I rebuild walls, roof, floors and wiring back to the shape they held before the damage.

Why It Matters

A house holds far more than four walls

Damage rarely picks a good week. A pipe splits on the coldest night, or a limb drops across the porch roof.

I put the whole picture on one screen, so you can see what a policy pays toward the repair, what stays with you, and where the ceiling sits before you sign.

Repairs handled

I run storm, fire and water damage down a single claim path.

Contents counted

I value furniture, tools and gear at replacement cost.

The Difference

Choices you make yourself, wording you can follow

I bury nothing. Every limit, every exclusion and every deductible sits in the open where you can weigh it against the budget you actually have.

Simple wording

I write terms the way I would say them out loud.

Limits you set

Raise the rebuild figure, or drop the deductible.

Claim day help

File online, then track each stage to the payout.

No rate shocks

I flag any price change early, and spell out why.

How It Works

How your policy comes together

01

Describe the property

Tell me the basics: build year, roof age, square footage, heating setup and anything of real value sitting inside.

02

Weigh the options

Look at cover levels side by side. Slide the deductible up or down and watch what each move does to the yearly figure.

03

Start the cover

Lock the mix that fits, choose a start date and get the full policy document in your inbox the same session.

04

File if the day comes

Open a claim online, upload photos of the damage and track every stage from first review through to the payout.

Testimonials

What homeowners say

Corinne Vasquez

Homeowner

A hailstorm took out half my roof in April. I uploaded photos that night and the adjuster figure came back without a single argument over what was covered.

Elias W.

First time buyer

Buying a first house is loud enough already. Being able to read the limits on one page and set my own deductible made this the calmest part of the whole closing week.

Marisol V.

Condo owner

My washer flooded the unit below mine and I braced for a mess. The liability side handled the repair downstairs and I got updates at every stage until it closed.

Questions

Answers before you commit

I cover the structure itself, the belongings kept inside it, liability if someone is hurt on the property, and living costs while the house is being repaired. The exact mix comes down to the limits you pick when I set the policy up.

I base it on what builders in your area would charge to put the same house back up, using current material and labor costs. That figure is not the market price of your property, since land value plays no part in a rebuild.

Personal property cover travels with you, so a laptop taken from a hotel room or a bike stolen from a rack can still be claimed. I ask you to list higher value items such as jewelry or instruments on their own so they are fully covered.

I log the claim, an adjuster reviews the photos and notes you sent, and a damage figure comes together. From there you get the approved amount minus your deductible, and I keep the status of every stage visible in your account.

Yes. I can move a deductible at renewal, and in many cases mid term as well. Lifting it lowers what you pay each year but raises the share you handle yourself when a claim is approved.
